Long Island Kettlebell Club (LIKBC) Group Training
All LIKBC Group Training programs are progressive so all clients are advancing in their fitness level every week.
If you are looking for a great way to increase your energy, metabolism, and fitness level while being part of an exciting group of people then this is a great program for you! This event involves the use of kettlebells so you'll be having tons of fun while making great fitness progress!
In the Group Training there are a minimum of 5 and up to 30 people registered per class. All kettlebells are provided by FORTITUDE Evolutions, Inc.. Each Group Training is held 1/week, 2/week or 3/week for one hour each day, depending on the class. The events are held outside or indoors, depending on the season.
